How Our Luxe domes Are Transported

At Luxe Domes, our domes are transported as complete units using specialist lifting and transport vehicles for fast, efficient installation. Specialist Delivery Service

Our Luxe Domes are carefully loaded, transported, and positioned using professional crane-assisted vehicles and specialist haulage equipment.

• Up to 3 domes can be transported on a Hiab wagon

• Up to 4 domes can be transported on an artic trailer, provided a forklift or telehandler is available on site forunloading

This allows us to deliver multiple domes efficiently for larger events, hospitality installations, exhibition spaces, and corporate setups.

Access & Ground Requirements

Each Luxe Dome measures approximately 3.5 metres wide, so adequate access space is required for delivery and positioning.

Please ensure:

• Access routes are wider than 3.5 metres

• There is sufficient turning space for large vehicles

• Ground conditions are suitable for heavy wagons and lifting equipment

• Delivery areas are level and accessible

If access is restricted or ground conditions are unsuitable, additional equipment or alternative delivery arrangements may be required.

Exhibition & Indoor Venues

For exhibition centres and indoor venues, Luxedomes can also be moved internally using a forklift where required. This allows flexible positioning inside large exhibition halls, event arenas, and trade show spaces.

Delivered as Complete Units

Unlike temporary structures that require full assembly on site, our domes arrive as complete units. This

significantly reduces setup time while maintaining the premium finish and structural quality of every Luxedome.

Fast & Efficient Installation

Once on site, the domes are safely unloaded and positioned into place by our experienced team. Because the structures are already fully assembled, installation is quick, professional, and causes minimal disruption to your venue.
